great item, never received from USPS

Loved this card and ordered it over 3 weeks ago. USPS tracking says it's Out For Delivery since Aug 9 but still not received. Pretty Alright Goods has a disclaimer that they are not responsible for delivery, which I get. But I think customers need an option for different (affordable) shipping so they can actually get the items they purchased.
